Introduction
The My Bingo Card app, is an app to build beautiful custom bingo boards, play with friends, and share on social media. We helped bring My Bingo Card from concept to live product—delivering a scalable, real-time gaming platform that’s fun to use, easy to share, and built for growth. It’s now a polished social app with a robust technical foundation, positioned to expand rapidly through user-generated content and viral play.

The Challenge
James, the CEO of Golden House Media, approached us with a bold vision: to reinvent bingo for mobile users with an app that felt fast, fun, and modern. But executing that vision required solving several technical challenges. The app needed real-time multiplayer functionality with smooth state synchronization across devices, a highly flexible templating engine to support custom board layouts and content, and a polished, responsive UI that would work seamlessly on both iOS and Android. There was also the broader challenge of building a monetizable, scalable product from scratch - with no internal development team in place.
How we Helped
We joined the project from day one, helping define the MVP and align product goals with technical architecture. For real-time gameplay, we engineered a lightweight state management system using Firebase to enable fast, low-latency multiplayer sessions. To support user-generated board designs, we built a custom templating engine that could adapt dynamically to different screen sizes and content types without compromising visual quality. We chose Flutter for its ability to deliver consistent performance across platforms and for its strength in rendering complex, custom UI layouts. - As the product progressed, we helped recruit designers and developers, and guided the app through the approval process on both the App Store and Google Play. After launch, we continued to enhance the product—adding a public content feed with moderation tools, integrating localization to support wider reach, and embedding analytics to track engagement and guide future development. Throughout the process, we carefully balanced performance, flexibility, and user experience to deliver a technically sound and highly shareable app.
