Introduction
TrainSnap is an app to view live train data to find the fastest route. By seamlessly integrating dispersed components and applying focused improvements, we helped deliver a reliable, polished app launch. Our ongoing support has enabled the team to expand the product to additional platforms with confidence and technical clarity.

The Challenge
MD, the CEO, came to us with a complex situation: various parts of a backend and mobile app had been developed by different teams across the globe, but these components weren’t fully integrated or polished. The challenge was to bring all the pieces together into a cohesive, highly reliable product ready for an initial public launch—without compromising quality or timeline.
How we Helped
We quickly immersed ourselves in the existing technology stack, which was built on AWS, to understand how the pieces fit together. From there, we took ownership of launching a robust public backend, while simultaneously refining and polishing the mobile app to ensure a smooth user experience. Beyond the initial launch, we continued providing ongoing maintenance and support, acting as a technical guide for other team members as they developed an Android version of the app. Our efforts ensured a unified, stable product that could scale confidently from day one.
